Frequently Asked Questions

The New Generations Foundation (NGF) is creating an Emergency Fund to help Qualfon employees facing hardship due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

Who should benefit from this fund?

Many families will experience severe economic, social, and health impacts caused by the current pandemic. The NGF Emergency Fund will assist the most vulnerable families, with a specific focus on:

a.Maternity or paternity benefits: for families who are pregnant or have just had a baby and are facing complications due to the outbreak

b.Childcare benefits: for families who are facing financial need for childcare while they continue to work at their sites

c.Compassionate care benefits: for those who are caring for and supporting a family member who is gravely ill or has special needs due to the outbreak that has caused complications

d.Vulnerable case benefits: for those who are struggling with specific urgent needs caused by the outbreak

NGF has stablished a selection committee, independent from Qualfon Management, to designate beneficiaries based on the circumstances and the supporting facts. Priority will be given to the cases displaying the greatest needs.
