We celebrate Mexico’s Independence Day with our families in Cuatro Cienegas

Nancy Palmer, Lucy Frain and Ana Paula Sanchez Mejorada Girault receive a bouquet of roses as a sign from Roberto Sanchez Mejorada in appreciation for their work in New Generations Foundation this summer in Atlanta Georgia.

Nico Poalillo, a cinematographer from California USA, offered his time as a volunteer to take some pictures and video to create an advertising video for the organic soap workshops that Mom’s of Plan 2040 are producing.

Ryann Kearney, a volunteer from Detroit Michigan, is leading a new venture to start up an organic soap workshop to create jobs in Cuatro Cienegas by producing the finest soaps with organic ingredients of the region.

We received the visit of Kenia Ruiz, a woman in charge of institutional relations and social services and academic service of Tec de Monterrey. We will continue with institutions that teach us as much as they do.

The team of the workforce of Qualfon made a donation to help 3 specific cases of families of Plan 2040. Our gratitude to all of them. 

Abigail, a former student at CBTa 22 in Cuatro Ciénegas, is a new student of the Physiotherapy career at La Salle Saltillo University. She was the recipient of a scholarship awarded by this prestigious University through Plan Cuatro Cienegas 2040. Many congratulations and much success!

Jesús Antonio, the baby of the new generations, was able to visit Mexico City. With the help of benefactors he attended his first appointment at the “Fundación Moebius smiling with the heart” who support with surgeries and helped Chiquitín and his family. Many thanks to the benefactors of this cause!

We currently serve 80 children in the Early Stimulation classes with our therapists. We want to help create bonds between the families and their babies to encourage positive development. 18 dads and children of the new generations gathered to celebrate Father’s Day in the offices of Plan CC 2040. We had an amazing time with the dads and children. They all got to take a fun picture and good memory home.
