The Home of Hope (Community Center Plan 2040) has officially opened. This space brings the accompaniment model to life, creating a consistent, welcoming place where families can be supported over time.

Desks are being filled. Programs are beginning. Families are walking through the doors and being welcomed into consistent support.

With services now centralized under one roof, the center houses early childhood programs, a high school completion classroom, professional development through Rochat Business School, and a dedicated health and wellness space — creating a place where every member of the family can be supported.

This work builds on a model already reaching families through more than 11,000 in-person visits each year, where up to 97% of children have identified their future aspirations — a reflection of what consistent, long-term accompaniment makes possible.

We are grateful to everyone who helped make this dream a reality, from those who contributed resources to those who gave their time and heart.
