The Plan 2040 team had the opportunity to participate in an incredible Seminar on Leadership for Early Childhood, a comprehensive three-day experience organized by INSIDE. During this seminar, we addressed key topics for our mission, such as: Child Development, Parenting, Effective Communication, Thanatology, and Leadership.

Additionally, we participated in team-building activities that strengthened our unity and collaboration.

This seminar provided us with valuable tools to continue working with passion and commitment, helping each child take confident steps toward their dreams.
