In an emotional ceremony, the Plan 2040 team welcomed Lic. Claudia Amador de Cenyeliztli to mark the conclusion of the Listening Advisors certification. A total of 28 individuals from both Plan 2040 teams received this certification after over a year of dedication, during which they attended classes on human development, psychology, and family studies. These skills will enable them to support families in Colonia Independencia and Cuatro Ciénegas, more closely and ensure that visits are of high quality, as this certification equips them with the necessary tools to address any concerns families may have or to establish a better rapport with them depending on the different situations they may be experiencing at that time.
